About eSIM and Eligible Devices

Before purchasing an eSIM, check the compatibility of your phone or devices on the “Check my device compatibility” section on our homepage.

Purchasing and setting up the eSIM

After your purchase, we’ll send you a QR code by email. You can print the QR code or open it on your computer. You can then install the eSIM, and it will automatically be activated at the destination. Consult the installation section on the home page for more information.

Once your eSIM purchase is completed, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with a PDF containing the QR code and information about your eSIM, as well as an URL link to check your data usage and current validity. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

Yes, this setting is essential for your internet access while travelling. To do this, go to the installation section on our home page. This will not incur additional charges, provided you have correctly configured mobile data on your eSIM. As shown in the installation section.

Using the eSIM

Your plan will specify if it includes a telephone number with the option of making calls/sending text messages. Two options are available: 1. 1. Mobile data only plans do not include a phone number or the ability to call or text. 2. 2. Plans with a phone number and calls/SMS included will display a “telephone” icon, and the availability of this option will be clearly indicated. Rest assured, most travellers rarely rely on traditional calls or SMS. With 4G mobile data, you can easily stay in touch via WhatsApp, Messenger and other apps. Plus, your primary phone number on your physical SIM remains active for making and receiving calls if needed.

You may have multiple eSIMs or SIMs installed. However, only 2 eSIMs or SIMS can be activated at the same time. We recommend deleting your expired eSIM.
